So, who will be our next president?
I had hopes for Ron Paul but it doesn’t seem like he’ll make the cut. I had originally hoped Al Gore would run as an independent but it doesn’t look like that will happen. Who does that leave?
McCain – I was a POW. I was a POW. I was….
Clinton – I am married to a former president.
Obama – I don’t have much experience.
Romney – I’m an experienced governor. I ran a small country known as Taxachusetts.
People may think I’m crazy for saying this, as if people don’t think I’m crazy already, but I like Obama out of the choices. I think his youth (compared to the others) and ideas could be a benefit to the nation. I also like that he has been open about his use of drugs and alcohol as a teenager. Life wasn’t easy on him but at least he’s admitted it and moved forward.
Well Tony, i am sure you know i voted for Obama. I hope he makes it through, since i am not much of a Clinton fan. I think its pretty unfair (and somewhat stupid) the way Florida got treated. I just hope we can break out of the box we seem to be in right now, whoever gets the nod.
Obama’s the first guy my age to have a legitimate shot.
I hope he makes it.
